Hey everyone it's Leslie Ludi host of the Set-A-Part-Grel Encouragement for Women of All Ages.

Today I'd like to talk to you about the battle over today's young women.

I know so many of you are burdened for the young women in your life, whether it's a younger sibling or if you're

a mom, your burden for your daughter, or maybe just younger women in your life that you see

going the wrong direction and you wonder how you can reach them how you can really

engage in the crisis that is facing so many of today's young women even

starting as young as 10 11 11, 12 years old.

First of all, it is so crucial to be aware of the battle that young women today are facing.

We are in the middle of doing a mentoring online summit this week and one of the things that I'm emphasizing in the summit is that mentoring for young women today needs to be more than just sort of a friendly big sister, meet at a coffee shop and just give some nice

advice and just hang out and do fun things together.

Because the battle for today's young women is so intense, they need more than that. They need people who

will really fight for them spiritually and lead them to the true solution, which is

the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.

I will never forget a moment when Eric and I were speaking to a group of parents

and they were the parents of a group of teenagers.

We had done a seminar for teens the night before on godly

relationships and then the next day we were speaking to their parents about how

they could encourage their children to choose God-centered romance and set apart living.

And as I was sitting in this parents seminar,

one of the moms raised her hand during the Q&A time

and said, you know, everything that you're talking about sounds really good, but we want our kids

to be normal.
