I, um, every now and then I'll start to say that. And it's like a, I don't know if you remember this from playing music.

I mean, you still play music, but I, I should phrase that differently. I remember this from

playing music more professionally where sometimes you, like, in my experience, like, you get in

this autopilot mode where it's like, if I think about it, I don't actually remember how to

play certain songs. It's just like I have the muscle memory. So if I think about it too much,

that I like freak myself out. And I feel like that sometimes with the intro to the podcast where like I'll

just start saying it. And then I'm like, oh gosh, I don't know actually what word comes next. So I just have to

trust that I've said this over a hundred times now. And it always works out. By the way, we don't

talk about your musical career enough on this podcast.

We just don't.

We've talked about it every now, then.

We've brought it up, but I don't think people realize how often I listen to your

Heartland EP.

Do you realize how often I?

I feel like I text you all the time, like a screenshot of me listening.

But like it's like one of my six go to on Spotify now. You know how like when you listen most frequently.

Wow.

And so I don't know. It's good driving music. It's good jogging music. It's good background music with my daughter.
