So that's how it went last night in New York, in the Bronx. Yankees beat the Twins. Eight to four was your final score in the American League wild card playing game. New York is in. The Yankees are in. They will face the Cleveland Indians in the first round of the playoffs. Game one tomorrow. Meanwhile, the Red Sox will face the Houston Astros, which you already know.

But I want to start with that Yankees game last night. Okay, that's where I want to start. I'm curious as to how many of you watched it. And more importantly, what struck you? Because I'm going to tell you what struck me here in just a minute.
