there were no warnings given prior to the game so there's not an automatic ejection of pitcher

and manager the buck show walter coming out each side now been worn. Anybody else gets hit in this game? The pitcher and the manager are both gone. Well, as long as the umpire thinks that he is throwing at it. And the problem, you know, I mean, obviously it happened. It didn't take long. Why manny? I don't know, but I mean,, this is obviously thrown right at him. He missed it. So I told Jimmy Stewart, our producer, I told Jim Murray alongside here, too, last night, you know the show ends at 7 o'clock. So I got into my car at the TD Garden, which is where we were broadcasting from yesterday, get into the car, pulled out of the garage, and there's no radio reception in the garage at the TD Garden. You know that. It's underground.

So I'm trying to get the Red Sox game and I can't remember when I got out of the garage if I made a phone call or what have you. I turned on the game. I turned on the Red Sox game and all the good stuff had already happened. boy, it didn't take Chris Sale long at Fenway Park last night.

And so I have mixed feelings about what Sale did, and I'll explain why here in just a minute. But let me remind you, Jimmy, let's open up the phones right away, because I'm sure a lot of people feel passionately about some of the events over at Fenway Park yesterday. And there were multiple events over at Fenway Park yesterday. There's been a lot going on with that team of late.
