by beating the Cardinals in both games here in St. Louis. Well, that's how it ended last night in St. Louis. Red Sox defeated the Cardinals five to four. Five to four. And it was actually a pretty good win, Jimmy Stewart, our producer. Pretty good win for the Red Sox last night. You know why? Manager John had a good night.

Well, they were down four Zipp and they came back and won the game 5-4 in 13 innings, if you could stay up for it. So I want to touch on this part of the game to begin the program tonight. And there are a bunch of things I want to get to here over the course of the next hour. I want to get to the Jose Batista bat flip in the game involving the Blue Jays and the Braves. Another bench clearing incident there. Whether or not any of you have concerns about Andrew Benetendi, who I think now is 0 for 26. O for 26 for Benatendi. Like you talk about a slump? That's more than a slump. So I wonder if people are at all worried about Benetendi, the start of the series with the ultanais tonight, which we'll get to. And it was an interesting story on ESPN concerning the potential cost for the Red Sox of signing bets, Bogarts, and Benetendi, playing off of what we were talking about last night on this very program about the price for mokey bets in particular.
