So, yeah, so Lucas obviously runs the gym on the north of the island.

So he runs the unit.

But also he runs, he's on the weightlifting board with me.

So we've recently set up within the last sort of 18 months, the Manx Weightlifting Association.

Because the island has never had a formal national governing body for weightlifting.

So we decided about a couple of years ago that we wanted to do that.

So Lucas and I both run clubs separately, so at either side of the island.

And we're hoping to get some lifters.

We've got a couple of junior

lifters in and in the bucks um the university champs and the national champs in the junior

divisions but we're hoping to we're aiming for Commonwealth games for some athletes and some

power athletes so it's um it's looking quite good but yeah Lucas is a really good guy and

i see him a couple of times a week, so via CrossFit initially.

But yeah, so no interesting about Aratas.

No, there's always, there's always things.

And on the island, there's a small population anyway, 84,000.

So, and then within that, the gym industry is relatively small.

So owners and coaches are all relatively

at one with another. So, yeah, but all good. But no, Nicholas, thanks very much for joining me today.
