When I came to faith, and I began opening up the scriptures

for the very first time,

it was quite an unexpected experience. I'd never seen the Old Testament.

I'd never opened up a Bible. I didn't even know they were available. I thought there were

maybe two or three Bibles in the world. And the Vatican had one. Indiana Jones had the other.

And the third one was still missing somewhere in Cairo.

I had no idea that you could access the scriptures for yourself. And so when someone handed

me my first Bible, and it was a King James Bible, so it was a little hard to read for me since
