All right. So, Dan, can you notice a difference in Joe now that he's not eating bread?

Yeah, no, absolutely. He's lost a good amount of weight, Fred.

Like, it's very visible that the amount of weight that Joe has lost. He's lost a good amount of weight, Fred. Like he, it's very visible that,

uh, the amount of weight that Joe has lost. He looks good. Now, do you feel bad for him?

Because he's a man who loves food so much and he's having to sacrifice some of those desires.

Uh, no, I'm looking at as, as a large man myself i know that uh these times unfortunately sometimes are

necessary where you have to you know cut cut out the things that you like to to be a little bit

healthier and so no i don't feel bad for joe because i know that eventually you know he'll cut

his weight he'll feel good and he'll go back to eating some of the things that maybe he likes maybe

not with the same consistency but you know still uh he'll feel good, and he'll go back to eating some of the things that maybe he likes, maybe not with the same consistency, but, you know, still he'll get to enjoy those things.

Joe, how do you feel about that?

What do you miss the most out of the things that you used to eat?
