Liverpool versus Tottenham, but first the point of order, point of order. The big story broke

today and it's been our most red story on the site so we probably should address

it at the start. Liverpool have announced a blanket ban on the Sun and Sun

journalists at its club premises and Field and Melwood. A lot of reaction as you'd expect, quite a motive subject and

they'll start with you. Well, first of all, the right decision?

I think so. It's, I think from most Liverpool sports I think a fair proportion of them probably

didn't realize the some haven't been banned and a lot of the reaction we've received today when we put the story up was along the lines of why

is it taken 27, 28 years for this to happen?

And Preno, all our boss here, wrote a very good piece earlier,

which if you haven't read it on the echo site I commend to you

basically explaining that back at the time when the sun became reviled after Hillsborough. There's very much this definition

between news and sports desks and that it was very much seen that some

journalists responsible were from their news desk if you like and the

sports report for some at the time Mike Ellis who was very well respected on Merseys and

had a very close relationship with Peter Robinson at Liverpool and he was just as
