We just turned the corner from the midterms, but here's something we started talking about

long before the election and that I'm afraid we'll be talking about for a lot longer.

The criminalization of voting.

Our colleagues at the investigative podcast Reveal went to Arizona where as is the case

in a number of other states dropping off someone else's early ballot is a crime.

The reveal investigation found that states are actually spending more and more money and

dedicating more and more resources to fighting voter fraud, which is virtually nonexistent

at least in our democracy.
