personal life. Sure, of course. So I think the first thing I'd like to share is I'm a personal

development junkie and I think that's basically what led me into coaching is my whole life. I've

always been seeking out my thing. I love reading self-improvement books and studying mindset and

doing yoga and learning about wellness and nutrition and meditating and I realize that instead of

just consuming all that information, I could really turn it around and help people change their

lives using all those tools. And so as I'm evolving into the best version of myself, I seek to help
