Hey, it's your girl, simply Shanika, and you are you want to have a spiritual awakening, but you're unable to do so because you're not opening your mind to receive new information, new experiences, and a lot of times you're not

the blame for that. You know, it's because of the way you were raised in the conditioning that a lot of us have been under

So when you go through a spiritual awakening and evolution, you'll realize that a lot of things that you have been told

have been conditioned to believe is, it's a lot of lies.

That was the first thing that I had to overcome

on my personal journey. It was being open to receive things that were

definitely foreign and it was not easy because I can recall many moments in life where I've met specific people and they may have

told me things and I brushed it off because I thought that it sounded so silly and that was only because it was something that I've never experienced before and a lot of times we're conditioned to shut out anything that doesn't align with our belief systems.

Well, here's the thing. If you do that, you're going to miss out on a lot of information, even if you don't agree with the

information that you're receiving, you should still be open to receiving it because you don't know when and where that might be applied at some point in your life.

And there are many variations of the truth

and everybody tells a different story,

but fact is fact.

And a lot of us just need to open our eyes and open our minds and our

hearts to receive new things and that's how you begin to open yourself up to new experiences. I remember each time I would dive

deeper down the rabbit hole is what I like to call it.

And I would discover something and I would be reading and studying and then all of a sudden

it's like a light bulb turned on in my head and everything that I was

studying connected and it made sense and that can only happen when you're open to receiving new information and I want to

keep repeating this because that's the first step that's the most important step.

And once I open my mind to all types of possibilities,

everything just started to flow my way.
