to talk about the truths, the untruths and the verbiage. I just want to reiterate at a respect for everybody. Nobody was hurt and nobody will be hurt. This isn't real life. None of these people exist. Nothing you're about to hear exists on the planet Earth. So don't worry about it.

Caroline, all the way from Florida, welcome to the podcast. You have finally put out your much anticipated first book.

It's been dare I say a decade in the making. How do you feel?

It feels really good. Honestly, this is the only interview that I've genuinely been dreading because I told you this when I sent the book to you

and even when you texted me and said that you liked it, I said I don't believe you. I just knew in my gut that you guys were going to hate this book.

But I also really like you guys as people and I'm just a fan of this podcast.

And I think the PR publicist in me knows that doing this podcast will be great exposure, great for book sales.

But the human in me is really dreading this. Well, I'm honored to be considered part of the machine.

We've never been on the the industry side of things. We've never been good for anybody.

But I will say I want to say we did like it. But also I think you very smartly set us up for the worst.

You sent us a text. You said you're not going to like it. It's like postmodern poetry.

I mean, Ashley went, oh my god, she's going to put out like random garbled e-gook.

But this was it was cohesive. It was readable. And we would recommend it to a friend.

We feel as a great summer read. Yeah, I to be honest based on your text,

thought it was going to be like 80 pages of disjointed sentences, like arranged on the page in that kind of a

clear way in type way. And I yeah, yeah. And this was a real treat, especially based on what I was
