Summary
I remember going to this meet up at this guy's house back in the day.
There were NFL players, actors, and D-list celebrities.
We were awaiting the arrival of a special guest and when he arrived, he got out of his car wearing a crisp white shirt, and navy blue suit.
His wife, attractive and donning a nice dress. Classy, elegant, and poised.
The main event of the evening was listening to him pitch us on this new and upcoming investment he promised would make us all very rich.
He was well-spoken, and very articulate, but he was missing something.........authentic communication.
Authentic communication is very simple, but here are the facts:
It's based on truth, clean intent, and grounded presence.
- Truth without presence is harsh
- Presence without truth is hollow
- Truth without intent is reckless
Why is this important?
This helps you in leadership, sales, mediation, and personal relationships.
Authentic communication will allow you to connect better with your audience, deliver clearer messages with more intent, and keep yourself out of hot water with the authorities.
