So today's episode, we got a lot going on.

We're going to go back and revisit our hottest and coldest preseason takes from the 2025 season.

We're going to hit on some lingering headlines,

including college football playoff changes that, for the most part, aren't happening.

Lane Kiffin signing a big class and an Alabama basketball case, basketball case that we think

could end up greatly impacting football.

But first, guys, you may have heard that Davoswini on Friday went off on Pete Golding

and Ole Miss for tampering.

The player at the center of this, Luke Ferelli, a very good freshman linebacker at Cal,

chose Clemson in the portal, signed, enrolled, was in class there, living there,

and Ole Miss managed to convince him to go back in the portal and

come over there. Well, Dabo came to his press conference Friday with receipts.

So at 1.30, Sorrells met with Luke face-to-face in his office, and Luke communicated to Jordan and to Ben Bullware that Pete texted him on Wednesday morning,

the head coach at Ole Miss, when he was in his 8 a.m. class.

And he said, the text message said, I know you're signed.

What's the buyout?

All right, Bruce, you don't often hear a coach.

They rarely even call out specific schools publicly. They usually just complain about tampering in general. What do you think about him going into such detail and specifically singling out Pete Golding?

Yeah, it was significant.
