in continuing a breastfeeding journey with my 16-month-old son. I wish I had listened early on

to avoid some of the common pitfalls, thinking I had low milk supply, pumping at all hours of the night while still

supplementing with an ounce of formula a day, topping off with pumped milk, triple feeding,

but I was determined to breastfeed. Thank you, Diane and Abby, for validating my heart to

continue nursing my nursing, prepping mamas with resources, debunking breastfeeding miss,

and being a life spring along so many beautiful
