I'm Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic, and this is the Atlantic interview.

Each week, I talk to someone I find compelling

and more to the point who is willing to talk to me,

and we sit around and we chat about the great issues of the day.

And today we're going to hear from the journalist Jake Tapper,

who is known primarily for his Twitter account,

but also for his near-const constant appearances on CNN. His signature,

as many of you know, is calling out hypocrisy in interviews with powerful people. There is something

in me that gets really exercised when I think things aren't being unfair. And I can't psychologically

explain it, except to say that it's just part of

going on it. Jake and I spoke recently at CNN's Bureau in Washington.
