And there's going to be quite a bit of it about the athleticism that goes into making draft selections

this season as well as years pass and how it's applicable across the league.

Today we're going to continue after what we had done last week in our giant ultimate roundtable of the AFC West we took a look forward as well as a look back today

before we get into the things that are coming and there are quite a number of them

there's free agency, there's

the combine, there's all kinds of contract talk about who will be where and when, etc.

And that will continue to roll for the next few weeks.

But to start this week off right,

after talking AFC West so much last week,

what I wanted to do is get an old friend back on the show

and you guys have missed him I'm sure

Seth Kaiser of the athletic is going to join me in a minute or two and we're going to have a great

conversation about this last season about the Super Bowl itself about how they got there why they got there and our takes on it. It's

been quite a while since we had a one-on-one and we got a chance to get it done a

little over a week ago.

And so I just wanted to set that up

so that you guys could hear us just kind of riff.
