Basically, his job is to represent college athletes in cases involving NCAA rules. So that could be eligibility cases, could be drug test cases, could be enforcement cases, basically seen it all over the last 10 years.

And he's got some really interesting thoughts on everything that's going on now, whether it's

the eligibility issues created by the cancellations due to COVID-19, the new rules that are coming

down the pipe, the FBI investigation in the college basketball, where he was representing

one of the key figures.

We're bringing on a guy that I've known for a while who his specialty is representing athletes in NCAA cases. Now, that doesn't mean he's always threatening to take the NCAA

to court, though he's done it before. But his job essentially is when an athlete comes and

they have an issue with eligibility or they're being investigated, he's the one who serves as their advocate.

Thank you for having me, Andy. I appreciate it. It was a pleasure.

Well, this is a strange time for you, I'm sure.

Your practice was in an interesting place already because you've been representing athletes for over a decade now.

And a lot of what you did was eligibility work.

And you've worked with people we've heard of, Brian Bowen, who is one of the central people in the FBI investigation. He was a Louisville signee who's now playing in the NBA.

You've also represented a lot of people we've probably never heard of who, you know, play sports

that aren't football, aren't men's basketball, but you've worked hours and hours and hours and hours trying to get them just one more year of eligibility.

And you know I've talked about a few of those cases where, you know, it's dragged on for

months and sometimes years trying to get somebody extra eligibility. So now we're in a situation where
