8 p.m. on a Monday, and the reason that I'm yelling at you

and talking in this really excited, borderline, manic way, is I have had this kind of energy since the second I woke up this

morning at 5 a.m. and I did coaching calls back to back to back today. I edited the podcast that

you're about to listen to, the interview that you're about to listen to you. I kicked ass.

I kicked so much ass on my novel

today writing, which will always get me super, super high. And then I had to drive to get the kid,

drive him across town, which is across L.A. That takes an hour. Sit and wait for two hours for him to play golf.

Drive back an hour. We ate our dinner in the car and I'm still going.

I'm like the energizer bunny today and I wish this for you.
