and he has Callison Tendulka ahead of him, and the statisticians are starting to look at Tendulka

and his run getting, but Joe Root was quite brilliant. I mean, it was an exhibition on how to play

the ball late, play it right underneath your eyes. In fact, today was slightly tricky. I don't know if you agree, but I thought it was a bit more bounce and a little bit more nip and a bit quicker today. So those shots he was running down off the face of the bat yesterday became a bit more risky today. I thought his balance through mid-on. He's always been strong through that off-side.
