What a beautiful conversation I've just had with Becky Sharada,

who's the founder of the charity Art House Unlimited,

which supports artists with complex neurodiverse

or physical support needs become exactly that artists.

What I've loved about this conversation

is it has really been another example of a sector,

such as the charity world,

or it could just be your business,

where we need to make sure that doing good,

doing something beyond what we're meant to be doing

in the utilitarian manner or business manner,

that we are doing good in the world,

and that us as founders can come from all sorts of backgrounds,

where we believe that actually,

we're not necessarily meant to be business folk,

but we just happen to be able to create

such a business with impact.
