Yeah, let's start with what happened.

So yesterday, the vote, remember, when we left you last, Congressman Mark Pocan from Wisconsin, he was lamenting the fact he was going to hang around all day until they

had the vote, and the vote had been postponed from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. That's where we left it yesterday

morning. And there was another whole round of meetings

trying to get those last votes that they needed because when we again left you yesterday,

there were like 20 Republicans who were definite noes and another seven who were leaning no.

And remember, Republicans, Paul Ryan could only lose 21 because no Democrats were going to vote for this turkey.
