Everybody, even billionaires, like I don't care who you are, like we like to be surprised and delighted and we like to be, most people I would say, walk around feeling underappreciated, not over-appreciated.

But whether it's by your family, by your employees, by your kids,

maybe not your dog.

Maybe your dog is the one thing, like one great because they show love and appreciation constantly no matter what.

But in general, most people feel underappreciated by their most important relationships.

And so I think when you gift no strings attached and it's not an obligatory year-end, like I hate gifts.

I don't send one gift between Thanksgiving and Christmas because that's an obligation.

I like to send gifts just because when somebody gets a gift and it's, hey, just because

I was thinking of you or hey, just because of you are I think I don't care where if you live in South America or you live in the middle of nowhere'sville Ohio like that's that makes people feel a certain way and I think that we all crave that that

appreciation and that acknowledgement as a human being and when you tap into that

feeling it's a powerful, powerful feeling, and I think we're all wired at

a DNA level, some more than others, to want to reciprocate it some way, shape, or form eventually.
