and I am super excited, but my kids are even more excited

than I am because this entrepreneur is leading

some of their favorite food establishments

and he's doing a great job because my kids are picky.

And so when I found out that Ron Shake was available, founder of Panera, chairman of Kava, and CEO of Act 3 Holdings,

I said, can we please get him on because I want to know his secret to leadership because I can't get that much of excitement

from my four kids and he certainly knows something that I don't.

Yeah, it's great to speak with you, Dave.

What your kids represent or what I experience in my life,

everybody, my kids, everyone of their friends,

everyone we live around, all of their friends, everyone we live around, all my friends, everybody has an opinion.

The problem with being a true tale is everybody has an opinion.

I always say in that context that 10% everyone does have an opinion and here's

another nuance 10% of the people are going to love you no matter what

10% are going to dislike you or even hate you no matter what.

And 80% some of the time they're going to love you, some of the time they won't care, very

rarely will they hate you,

because all it takes is one topic or subject matter

to put them into that terrible bucket of negative behavior.
