When you realize that you can't make a true mistake, that all of them are needed, it's so

liberating. Like, wait a second, you know, I can do anything, and even if it's wrong, I can make

something right. And that is freeing and liberating. And when you get that,

when you just even a little bit, the marks become easier. It's less stressful. It's easier to go

into the studio. It's way more fun, right? And you'll show up more.

So today I'm going to talk about something that I kind of can't believe I haven't talked about.

Something I deal with all the time and I love them and I hate them.

And I'm talking about mistakes.

Early on, I just avoided them as much as possible.

And they really were a stumbling block for me, really got in the way trying to avoid them.

And now I use them.

And now they're actually the most interesting part of my work.

But so I thought today I would dive into this a little bit.

Maybe some of this you've heard before.

Maybe you'll take something away that will basically free you up in the face of mistakes

and rather the fear of making mistakes.
