we work really hard to achieve perfection and whatever it is that we're doing, right? Be it a

presentation or maybe we're just trying to genuinely speak from a very heartfelt and sincere perspective

Or maybe we just try our best to score the winning points in a casual pickup basketball

game.

These can all be butterflies in their own way, right?

But here's the catch.

The more we try to control every aspect of whatever the situation is,
