And what's so funny though is I was going to say even as we were started recording now

is it's funny because you guys are absolutely in that age

but you do not resemble I met someone in their 60s the other day they felt like a hundred I mean I could not believe like life had been hard to them and so it's so interesting because you guys are definitely number wise 65, almost 74, almost 65, yeah.

By the time this airs, you're almost 65.

So, but that said, it's so interesting

because I have to remind myself like, oh yeah, yeah yeah you guys are absolutely in that age and stage because I will meet people and I mean I have an uncle right now who's 70 and I'm telling you when I was talking with him I was like he acts and operates like he's 85 or 90 like can barely move and

and there's some 85 and 90 year olds that are killing I love that but man it's it's a reminder so thank you for being not only young at heart but in spirit and but you know

obviously we're joking around but today's episode we're gonna talk about just a lot of these
