Expectations in life are what end up hurting us,

because we expect it where we're going to get married, have kids grow, grow old, see our kids grow, and then we get to go at 100.

So anything that goes against that plan, which we were told, this is the plan, this is how life goes, becomes a burden, becomes obviously hardship, but it could set us back.

Whereas if you stay agile, yes, I have these dreams, but I'm going to have to stay agile

on the process.

My story is that I was married.

We bought a house.

I'm working, growing in the hospital.

We buy the book, what to expect when you're expecting.

And I'm like, this is going to be awesome. He was an amazing athlete. I'm like, we're going to have the sickest kids in the world.
