Things don't happen in your life because they just happen and all of a sudden you have an exciting life.

It happens because you had a vision.

That's what comes first before anything.

You have even a sense of it.

That's what has to happen first.

It's you holding it.

And it's kind of great because there isn't anybody to help you with this, which is great.

You don't need people.

It's you.

It's your thing. You're

holding it. That's powerful. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the Arts Live podcast. I'm now in

Majorca. I'm sitting right in front of the art studio here. I'm at a workshop. The place is called La Serenia. It's amazing. This is our first morning. Everyone just went to lunch, so I thought I'd grab this moment to record a thing. This place is kind of beautiful. And what I love about it is there's all these goat bells. There's goats

here up in the mountains and people are shepherding them. And you hear this little tinkling all the time,

especially in the morning when they're coming down out of the mountains. It's really something.

But anyway, I just love these workshops. And it's a place where people come together to sort of support each other, really.

You know, we do a session when we start where we're figuring out what it is.

People are coming here to kind of start a new chapter to get more clear about what's possible for them.

And it's helpful to come and take a break, make art,

but that's what we're doing.

We're talking about this idea of how do we do this?

How do we lean into the vision of ourselves, right?

What's possible now?
