I have been in the arts world all my life having taken my first dance class before the age of three. I have to go along with

the memory told by my mom of first being initiated into dance class. The one caveat was that I better be potty trained. Obviously I was and went on to have an enormous amount of experience in learning and exposure through the dance world and learning about theater and

live performance more than anything else.

I went on to college and graduated with a musical theater degree with an emphasis in dance and choreography also.

I earned my master's of social work with the intention to become a therapist. I am now an

LC SW that's licensed certified Social Work therapist. I primarily work with children and their families. I have a private practice right now and have in the last two years folded into my professional work the practice of coaching.
