Good, good to hear. And as ever, we've got a really special guest on this week. I'm really,

really delighted to introduce a good friend of mine, but also someone very well known. I think

it's fair to say around the kind of women's football circuit. And now the women's football writer

for the athletic, Kiran Tey them. Kiran, hello there. I'd say thanks guys for having me.

Nice build up there. I'm not sure I deserve that.

Kiran, the reason I wanted to get you on this month in particular was just because

you wrote a piece for the athletic recently on the Arsenal Manager, Joe Montemorro. Do you want

to just give the listeners a kind of brief outline of that article and what it was about?

Yeah, I think we're joining the athletic. I'd never ever say that what we're doing is better

than anyone else because I don't want to kind of be arrogant or big-headed, but I think what we

try and do is something a little bit different. And my editors and I were quite keen to do something

on Joe, obviously, he won the league with Arsenal last year. They were coming into the season as

the reigning champions. And rather than just writing your typical profile piece, we wanted to try and

get a little bit of insight into what Joe, the man, is behind Joe the coach. So we,
