What's your point of view on the people affected by DACA, the people brought to this country as kids?

Well, you know, I bring to this particular discussion to my previous positions. I was an immigration

judge for about eight years and I actually had jurisdiction over one of the few facilities

before the big surge in 2014 that held showed it, but I also bring to it my perspective as former

legislative counsel for immigration over at the House Judiciary Committee. When it comes to

deciding who gets to, you know, remain in the United States and who should leave, that's a

determination that's left up to Congress. And quite frankly, all that the president has done in

this particular instance is what Barack Obama had claimed he was doing when he introduced DACA

to begin with. And that was to leave it up to Congress to make a decision about what should be done

with individuals who had been brought here as my, just now keep in mind, you know, these people
