He's former thought worker, but has gone off to other adventures since then and has

recently written a fascinating book that we were talking to him about.

And of course, I'm excited to talk about my book, the software architect

elevator. Yeah, so let's talk about your book. This book, I first became aware of this book

at the O'Reilly Software Architecture Conference. You were doing a workshop about this and

described the metaphor to me. And I thought it's a brilliant metaphor to talk about different

communication levels. So would you take a moment and describe your
