1:41.1 | Meanwhile, the Senate Appropriations Committee will have approved 11 of the 12 funding |
1:44.8 | bills by the time Senators skipped town tomorrow, all with overwhelming bipartisan support. |
1:50.8 | But none of those bills have been to the floor yet. So we are basically nowhere, Jake. |
