We've had so much happen in the last five months that

it's just been a whirlwind and life has been going so fast. We recently moved into my new house.

I finally bought my million dollar dream home. The podcast just got acquired, which is so exciting.

We also just launched our brand new business blueprint, which a lot of you guys

from our membership have already joined. It's just so incredible to see how quickly things are moving.

And I know it's been such a long hiatus, but we're back. Season four is officially here. And I have

recurring theme in my life and we've been talking about this a lot within the membership which a lot of

our entrepreneurs and business owners have been using and this is the idea of appreciation versus

depreciation and it's all about the language that we speak so you're going to notice that your

words are investments so your words are either going to appreciate the value of your life like a great

real estate investment or your words are going to depreciate the value of your life and go downhill,

kind of like purchasing a car off the lot and the value goes down right away. So think of the

words that you're offering as a daily investment or a daily liability. This is so crucial to

know on all aspects, whether it's

relationship, whether it's health, whether it's money and business. So when we think of the

term appreciation, we think of something skyrocketing, right? We're thinking of something

going uphill. When we appreciate something, we are showering it with gratitude. We are showing
