But the University of California says, no way.

Habit makes the choice.

Now, they put movie popcorn lovers in a theater,

half got bags of fresh popcorn,

half got weak old popcorn,

and by the end of the film,

all the popcorn was gone,

stale or not.

Next, the same people

with the same two types of popcorn

went into a conference room.

Nowhere near as much of the stale stuff was eaten.

It turns out if you put us in a new environment, we notice what we eat.

So, I'm eating in my garage.
