but once he was accused, began torturing neighborhood animals, once boiling a cat in a pan.

Barely finishing the third grade, Pedro soon left school and began working as a mechanic

until he joined the armed forces at 17 years old. He was kicked out two months later when diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic.
