On February 28, 1973, a man was born whose mental illness told him to kill

drug addicts, sex workers, homosexuals, and criminals. A man they would call the apostle of death.

Pedro Pablo Lodenia was born on February 28, 1973, in Lima, Peru, to an alcoholic father and a mother who suffered from an unnamed mental disorder.

He was abused by both his father and mocked by his siblings,

but despite his harsh treatment,

was devastated by his father's death when he was a young boy,

claiming he defended him against his sister's mockery.

They often forced the submissive boy to wear girls' clothing,

and it was around the time that

his father died that Pedro claimed his brothers raped him as a retaliation for killing their

pregnant dog. This incident, though, was ultimately uncooperated, became the root for Pedro's

hatred for homosexuals. Pedro would later claim that he had not heard an animal before the event,

but once he was accused, began torturing neighborhood animals, once boiling a cat in a pan.

Barely finishing the third grade, Pedro soon left school and began working as a mechanic

until he joined the armed forces at 17 years old. He was kicked out two months later when diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic.
