Summary
Serial killer Herbert Mullin suffered from the delusion that a terrible disaster was coming -- and the only way to avert it was to sacrifice as many people as he could. During the 1970s, he terrorized the region around Santa Cruz, California, murdering innocent people. But soon, his killing spree turned more personal -- and even more dangerous.
