I took a few days to sort of unplug. I took a few days with the wife and some friends and traveled west. We went to

Sedona, Arizona. We hiked. We went to the Grand Canyon. I never thought

when I was younger that I would be a hiker. I never even really thought I would be a mountain person and I didn't at all think I would be a desert person. I always considered myself a

beach person in the great mountains versus beach debate. I love sitting on the beach.

I love staring out at the endless ocean. It provides a playground. I love the body surf. I love to surf. There's something absolutely restorative about being at the beach for me but as I've gotten older I've

started to appreciate not just the mountains but the desert I spend some time as

you know living in Montana in my 20s and I certainly

loved the mountains but that was as much a part of being on a ranch of being

amongst horses and mules, of living a rugged life.
