Hello. Hello, Jaimah, Jaimah, it's a wonderful week. Well, that's what I'd like to manifest for all of us. I know last

week was a bit hectic, especially if you're in the same country I'm in and you can probably if probably don't already know which country I'm in you might be able to tell from my

very standard American accent but because of all the heaviness in the world due to all the heaviness in the world,

due to all the heaviness in the world,

I am here to give you a little bit of ease,

a little sense of lightness in your heart

for this Monday. I always release an episode every

single Monday. I don't even know what episode number this is but we have over 200 episodes on this podcast in three years

have not yet missed a Monday and so I needed to pop in and share whatever came to heart.

So we'll see what that is.

But my intention and I've already prayed

is a light message to keep it light because you know

that's something that we all deserve because we know what's going on and we all have

likely felt it in one way shape or form especially if you're you know what I'm not going to even point out especially if you're an impath I genuinely believe everybody has felt this immense heaviness the past week or two or year, but I know that this isn't going to be the way the rest of 2021 unfolds.

Perhaps call me naive, but I just feel like it's time for a reset, a restart for all of us as we were able to recharge a lot in 2020 as well.

I see 2021 and at least the beginning of 2021 an opportunity for a fresh start no matter what's going on in the external world.

Before I get into whatever my heart decides to share,
