Hey guys, I have my 28 years old, I'm from Canada, and I just want to say I know a lot of people

that they're struggling with their mental health right now, just so you know, you're not alone,

and if nobody's told you today, I love you. Everyone loves you. We're gonna get through this,

and you can beat this. Don't be alone. I've just completed a year of sobriety after four years of

binging outlaw and party drugs. So if you're struggling, get out there and find yourself.

You can do this. Don't be afraid. Try harder. Push for greatness. You will have a problem.

same time teaches me that I need to be, or I need to want better for myself. Because what is
