It is the Anfield app on Radio City Talk and it's been a bit of a strange week in Liverpool

Land in that you keep thinking something's going to happen and it never quite does but one thing that did happen and it's the second time it's happened

is the Amphibra did a show with Stephen Morick since he's retired and it's fair to say

with Garath Robert with me who did the show where we were listening back to it.

It's fair to say Gareth that.

Stephen's become, he was already pretty frank, but it's fair to say he's only getting

more frank in the immediate aftermath of his retirement.

Now absolutely, he's really opened up and it's been brilliant to be a part of it to be honest because, you know,

we call that show that we do with them the pro view.

And obviously the idea behind it was that you get a bit of insight that you wouldn't ordinarily get,

you know, stuff that you don't get to here from someone who's being in the changing rooms on the

pictures in the board rooms and everything else. And yet he's really opened up the last couple of times, the previous show we did with him he talked a lot

about his career and about Liverpool and about experiences with different managers some of

them absolutely bizarre and mad.

And this was more of the same really, but we pinned it on a lot of this show,

on being with England, on being out of World Cup, I mean people might look at it and say,

well, he only

one to cap which he did but he was he was at the 2010 whale cup he was part of

the squad he was selected to be a part of it so he was there to see it all

unfold in terms of Fabio Capello, John Terry, the boot camp as it was termed,

the way the manager cheated the players and all that kind of thing.
