this came through to me in a run the other day and no run meditation i can't remember where i was

but i was like whoa and it's a theory that i have been noodling on and i'm going to call it the and

theory so something that i notice that trips people

in an upper limit is the fact that they feel like things can't be good all the time i talk to clients

about this all the time it's almost like they're waiting for the other shoe to drop. And our unconscious mind

is always looking for danger. It's always looking for fear. It's always looking for threat because

it's trying to keep us alive. Right. It's constantly scanning the environment. It's constantly

scanning people. It's constantly scanning our bank account. Asking, like,, like, are we safe or are we in danger?

Just like a security camera would.

It's like constantly just scanning and looking for danger.

And when we get stuck in that loop and we allow that part of our mind to run the show,

nervous system, if we do not allow our brains and reprogram our minds to feel safe because most

of us grew up feeling unsafe then when things start going well it's going to feel uncomfortable
