I always appreciate what Ken is doing because he looks at the Bible a little differently

than most people.

And today we're going to look, I'm sure, one of your favorite books, First Thessalonians.

We all like to read the prophetic books and kind of culture our blessed hope, as it were.

And I know you do the same thing.

You have written another book, Paul's ancient Hebrew Thessalonian epistles.

Now, we've all read first and second Thessalonians, and we know to some extent

about their background, and that they came down in the Greek language. But whoa, wait a minute here.

What are you looking at and how and why?

Well, basically, we're told that the New Testament was written in Greek,

and we're not concerned so much with there's

going to be people say that this can't be an old document because it's not Greek or

that this was originally written in Hebrew or anything like that but we have the

New Testament in the first century and then in the first century they began to
