My story is really about learning how to grieve and also learning how to stand firmly on all the things that I had said I was building my life around.

But now, in the face of capital D death, those things had to be true or I was out.

Julie is a counselor. She is a therapist. And I learned so much because they're the best storytellers. And they also hear stories all day, every day. And there's so much with someone. And so really, you know, Linda, you just mentioned a playlist on brief. And Emily's story is unbelievable on how to greet and find joy at the same time. Yeah, Emily's a great teacher

as well. I think that's one thing as a therapist. She reminds you of the importance of remembering.
