| 1:06.4 | And you find yourself in these little pressure cookers that the universe creates for us to learn from. |

| 1:14.5 | Which is great because today we're talking about shame, which is one of the things that we find ourselves in the midst of and when we find ourselves in sort of a pressure cooker situation in life. |
