The presidential debate, presidential immunity, what the heck is the Chevron decision, and why?

That's right.

We're going to talk about all of that and more on this Independence Day episode of making the argument brought to you by Jeremy's Razors.

the Supreme Court decisions that have come out and explain some of the significance of it from a

historical standpoint. And interestingly enough, a lot of these decisions are very, let's just say, indirectly connected to the reasons

for the first American Revolution. And you probably wouldn't know that if you believe that

it's all about taxation without representation, but it's actually a little bit more complex.

And we're going to actually talk about some of the similarities between, let's just say,

Jolly Old England during the American Revolution and the current federal bureaucracy today.
