Hello, Jess.

Yes, I am so more knowledgeable now about the elixir of the Thousand Island dressing,

or as John called it, the Thousand Islands dressing, which confused me for a moment.

I don't think that's how it goes.

But maybe it's both, I don't know.

But Jess, I have to say up front, this didn't feel like a serious leg.

I just got to tell you, I don't mean people laughing.

I mean, pretty early on, I was like, there's a weird lack of tension here.

I think we're heading for non-elimination.

And this time, correct, I think.

Yes.

I saw some discourse online that said that people were thinking this felt like maybe they were supposed to go somewhere else and they had to come up with something at the last minute.

And I don't know if I buy that, but it really was kind of everything we ironically love about Amazing Race Canada. We're going to be running around the main street of a small town with a

local specialty that may or may not be the thing they're most famous for,

and then we're going to do something completely off the rails that costs $3.99 to put together.
