to, and the comic books that we read. But where did they all go? Largely absent from entertainment

at large. They are nearly extinct in the comic book industry. It is so good to be back,

and it is so good to be back at it with you.

Hey, everybody, and welcome to another edition and all new season of Robeservations.

Here at Robeservations, we talk comic books and all of the incredible platforms that have spun off comic books. When I was a kid, that meant

some Spider-Man toys. That meant some action figures, some calendars. But it was always the comic

books that were, you know, that were the farm, that that were the source. That, that is where we got all

the cool stuff from. And then as I got into the comics industry, more and more attempts and

some were successful in making comic books into movies, you know, whether it was, whether

it was Batman or 1989, which was really the biggest superhero

hit since the 1978 Christopher Reeve Superman movie.

And then there was, you know, there was some TV stuff.

They brought the Lou Forigno movies back in the late 80s.

He teamed up with a Thor.

He teamed up with a daredevil.

They were exciting if you were there because it was all we got.
